Ola from Rudd Services came out this afternoon to service our HVAC system to make sure it was working properly for "heating".  This was the first time we used Rudd for our HVAC. He did checks that our prior service never did.

Ola was very efficient and quick and very professional and knowledgeable.  He explained everything he did and why he did it.  He also had no problem with me asking him questions. Not to tell my life story but I figured I'd may as well as I write my review.  So the morning of 10-03-2023  at 8:45 am I was exiting out of my garage to take my daughter to school. As we're walking out the door we hear a weird noise and opened the door we see water spewing all over the garage and it's flooded. Apparently after watching my camera it busted around 10:00 pm so imagine the mess. Lol

With that being said I called my husband whom was at work and he called Judd services to send someone out. I was very pleased Josh arrived at 10:30 AM very shortly after all the chaos. He was very polite, friendly and professional.

I loved the fact he gave me multiple options of fixing the issue versus simply saying we needed a new water heater.  Which we did considering our water heater was 10 years old and had more issues than what caused it to bust.

I was also very pleased they had the water heater available right away along with being able to install the same day! He took his time with explaining the issue, explaining my options along with answering any questions I had in mind.

I called Rudd because of an  A+ Rating  and ZERO complaints from bbb website,
AFTER another company had recommended I replace my upstairs AC unit and duct work.

Justin, Rudd’s lead technician, came out
promptly (and Rudd even waived his  technician’s fee) and reviewed my situation thoroughly.

His summary:
My AC unit and duct work were working fine and needed no repair or replacement whatsoever.

Rudd saved me literally thousands of dollars!
I will be using Rudd from now on.
And have called them for a maintenance fee contract.
